Jonathan is broke after spending three weeks in Europe with me, so I am trying to think of (almost) free things to do together.

• International Fireworks (every Saturday)
• Jazz Fest (until July 12)
• walking in the Old Port/Mont Royal/etc
• biking by the Lachine canal
  

Things You Might Expect to be Free but Aren't

• Botanical Gardens ($10)

Things That are (Kinda) Cheap

• fresh St Viateur bagels
• NFB CineRobothèque
• peddle-boating by the Atwater Market ($10/hr)
